A modern quality villa that is colour co-ordinated to give the villa a warm modern style. The home features TV’s in the lounge and all bedrooms. A lounge area with two 3 seater Sofas, four breakfast high chairs providing ample seating, occasional tables and entertainment centre with 47″ LCD TV. All TVs have live channels and movie streaming. Guests who have their own Hulu and Netflix accounts have the opportunity to sign in to their favourites. The pool area can be accessed from the lounge, whilst overlooking this area you have a fully equipped Kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, cookware….. everything you will need for a gourmet meal. A Breakfast Bar gives additional seating for a quick ‘bite to eat’ or morning coffee before those adventurous days visiting all Orlando has to offer!! A Formal Dining Area for that quiet evening in is located just to the front of the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, overlooking the Pool Area, plus double size shower and en-suite bathroom offers access from the pool for added convenience. There is also an additional Queen room, a themed Disney Twin Bedroom and another colour co-ordinated Twin Bedroom and a modern Family Bathroom. The Private Pool, fully screened for added comfort overlooks a large lawned area offering a quiet setting. Patio furniture including dining table, chairs and sun loungers plus a Large Deck Area gives you a place to entertain in the warm balmy evenings!! The pool area also benefits from a shaded Lanai Area. The pool can be heated if considered necessary – An optional extra just ask John the Villa owner for the cost per day.
Games Room with pool table, ping pong table and electronic dartboard are provided free to use.

Berry Town Centre: A 20 minute walk to the local Berry Town Centre which includes wonderful Irish Bar, Very Popular Chinese Takeaway, Top Class Fish and Chip restaurant and bar with occasional live bands, lovely Thai Restaurant, Popular Burger Takeaway, Chicken Takeaway, Pancake Restaurant, Publix Supermarket and much more…..well worth the walk.
Brand New Sunset Walk (off US 192) This brand new development and resort is just off the US192. The Mini Town Centre includes bars, restaurants, outside entertainment, street exhibitions, some market stalls, Sketchers outlet, TJ Max, Ross, Burlington, Ice cream…..Water Park and loads of Slides… and much more…..well worth a visit as only 10 minutes drive away.
Directions to Sunset Walk Turn right out of Hillcrest Drive onto Florence Villa Grove Road and you will reach Highway 27 less than 900 yards away. Turn right onto Highway 27; this is a dual carriageway. In 5 minutes you will reach US192 and follow the signs for Disney World, going straight ahead through numerous traffic lights. After about 4 miles take the right turn signed for Sunset Walk. There is free car parking.
