Fantastic 10 days at this lovely comfortable villa very close to all the Disney theme parks. The owners could not have been more obliging and with a great games room and pool it was fun for us all. Some lovely walks nearby around Lake Davenport and many Orlando attractions a short drive away. Highly recommended

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hillcrest Villa, it is very well equipped and comfortable. As a family of 4 we had all the space we could possibly need and more. We were able to enjoy family time in the pool and games room, we added pool heat which was definitely needed the 2nd week. Easy access to the parks and an abundance of restaurants near by. The thing that made this stay exceptional was John’s communication. We would recommend this villa.

We had an amazing time at the villa and it was everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lovely quiet location and easy access to the parks. Great range of shops and services close by. Plenty of space for our family and the pool was perfect. John was very good at keeping in contact throughout the visit and it was good to know that he was there if needed. Would love to return if available on our next visit.

This Villa is in a very good location, with quick access to all the parks and tourist areas. The layout of the villa is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms, a large living area and kitchen/diner area. Modern comfortable furniture and a great games room in the garage. The pool area is very spacious, with an outside fan and a lanai to keep the insects away. John (The owner) is within easy contact via WhatsApp or email if there any issues and is keen to deal with his customers directly, which is much better than trying to deal with property management companies that usually only work 9-5. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there, and would have no hesitation booking again if this villa is available when we make a new booking.

Well what an amazing villa we rented from John.  He helped us all the way from booking to leaving the very last day. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

“this is one fantastic villa – we were incredibly impressed from the minute we walked in. Perfect for a large group, extended family etc. We were 3 families travelling together and we got to enjoy each other’s company and could also retreat to our own area if desired.

The villa is incredibly spacious – from the  amazing pool, fantastic communal living and dining space. Every bedroom is spacious, well appointed with one ensuite and extra bathroom. everything felt spacious and luxurious.

The villa and John accommodated our every request was on hand if we needed something urgently.

We really could not fault this accomodation so easy to book everything was organised pre-arrival. The pool was superb, the games room kept the kids happy and TVs in everyroom were there if needed. The drive to the parks was between 20 and 45 minutes and about 30, minutes to I Drive.

Fantastic holiday, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s villa in March of 2024 with my children (ages 4 and 2) and my parents. The location is quick and easy to get to all of the amusement parks. It took us about 23 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom. There is an Aldi 6 minutes away, and Walmart about 10 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants for quick take out and a playground 5 minutes away. The front of the house faces east, so the back of the house where the pool is enjoys good sun. The kitchen was very well stocked and we felt at home with everything we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, had extra linens if needed, and were very quiet. We will definitely be coming back to John’s for future visits to the area!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was roomy despite being a smaller bungalow and we appreciated the 4 bedrooms as we’re a family of 6. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool so we were thankful we paid to heat the pool. They also enjoyed the games room in the garage. The onsite laundry was a huge help for a longer stay. We had all the amenities we needed and John made sure to keep in touch to ensure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and thanks for a great trip!

This rental was the perfect location for what we wanted to do while in Florida, it was close to a grocery store and 15-20 minutes to the parks. The house was clean and tidy and we had the opportunity to enjoy the pool. John was friendly and super communicative which made check-in fast and easy. We would gladly rent again!

We had a wonderful two weeks at this superb villa over New Year. The area is lovely. It is in close proximity to the parks and many other amenities and is extremely well kept. John was very helpful and informative from the initial enquiry and even contacted us on our return to check we were happy with everything. That’s service ! Having previously booking only package holidays I admit to being a little apprehensive ! I needn’t have worried and would book this villa again without any hesitation.

Just finished a great two week stay at www.sunshinevilla4u.com We could not speak highly enough about this villa. We have stayed in many villas and this is definitely up there as one of our favourites. Great location, great size, lovely and clean and most of all a very attentive villa owner! The pool area is also so nice and peaceful with sun all day!

We stayed for just over two weeks. The villa was lovely everything we needed was available, very clean and tidy. We were a family of 5 persons, parents plus 3 kids by the age of 3, 6 and 8 and we LOVED the house. As we had tired kids after visiting theme parks etc., it was SO nice to be able to cook at home and the kitchen is super well functioning and had all the equipment you need. The owner was also super nice in guiding us and responding fast to the questions we had before arrival and before leaving. When we go to Orlando next time, we will most definitely go for renting this house again. Thank you John and family

Exactly as advertised and perfect location. 15 minutes from Disney Parks and 2 minutes from supermarket made this an ideal launching pad for all Orlando adventures. John couldn’t have been more helpful with various questions I threw at him. Sun was on the pool morning, afternoon and evening which is just how you would want it.

We had a great time at this villa. Communication with host was extremelly fast, initially there were 5 of us and a few days before the trip we added three more people, advised this to John and he was very accomodating (as long as we kept within the house limit) which was very nice. The house was clean when we arrived, everything was organized and the pool was heated. This house is perfect for a stay in Florida, the kitchen has everything you need, the game area is a nice add-on.

This property is just a short 20-25 minute drive to all the major theme parks in the area and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The pool was spotless and we loved that it is screened in to keep the bugs out. The older ones loved ending the night listening to music while playing pool or ping pong in the garage and it was located in a spot that wouldn’t bother the sleeping children.
